Jo\u00ebl Jacquet, dit \u00ab le grand Jacquet \u00bb est issu d\u2019une famille d\u2019agriculteurs sur Mazan. Il est exploitant depuis 1982. Sa femme Patricia le rejoint en 1998 ; ils cr\u00e9ent ensemble la SCEA GRANDJACQUET. Apr\u00e8s quelques formations, l\u2019obtention d\u2019un certificat de sp\u00e9cialisation et la sortie de la cave coop\u00e9rative, ils cr\u00e9ent le domaine du grand Jacquet en 2000 (en cave particuli\u00e8re) et adh\u00e8rent aux vignerons ind\u00e9pendants. Tous les raisins proviennent de leurs vignes et sont vinifi\u00e9s par leurs soins. Deux ans plus tard, l\u2019ensemble de leurs vignes est converti \u00e0 l\u2019agriculture biologique (label AB de Bureau Veritas depuis 2005), puis en 2008 \u00e0 la biodynamie.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To master the production and to control each step of the elaboration, the packaging, and the marketing of the wines, we have decided not to expand.<\/span>

We have chosen to surround ourselves with recognized professionals (viticultural technician, oenologist, etc...) and we use seasonal workers for pruning and harvesting, which is largely done by hand.\u00a0<\/p>

Sales are distributed as follows: 70% private individuals, 20% restaurant-cavists, 10% export; more than 1000 customers per year.\u00a0<\/span>A relationship of trust has gradually been established between the winegrowers and convinced consumers, by offering quality products that reinforce the image of the terroir.\u00a0<\/span>The domain still does some professional shows every year (organic vintage, ...), as well as particular shows (independent winegrowers show in Strasbourg, Charnay-l\u00e8s-Macon, ...).\u00a0<\/span>The deliveries in the vicinity are done by bicycle-cargo.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Thanks to the relief that characterizes the Ventoux appellation, the vines enjoy a particularly cool microclimate for a vineyard located in the south of the Rhone Valley; this freshness is found in the wines and gives them a unique balance.\u00a0We produce about 60000 bottles per year, vinification and bottling at the domain.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Entreprise Afin de bien ma\u00eetriser la production et de contr\u00f4ler chaque \u00e9tape de l\u2019\u00e9laboration, de conditionnement et de la commercialisation des vins, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas nous agrandir. Activit\u00e9 Nous avons fait le choix de nous entourer de professionnels reconnus (technicienne en viticulture, \u0153nologue conseil, etc\u2026) et nous faisons appel \u00e0 des saisonniers pour la taille et les vendanges qui sont en grande partie manuelles.\u00a0 Les ventes sont r\u00e9parties comme suit\u00a0: 70% particuliers, 20 % restauration-cavistes, 10% export ; plus de 1000 clients par an.\u00a0S\u2019est instaur\u00e9 peu \u00e0 peu une relation de confiance entre les vignerons et les consommateurs convaincus, en proposant des produits de qualit\u00e9 renfor\u00e7ant l\u2019image du terroir.\u00a0Le domaine fait encore quelques salons professionnels chaque ann\u00e9e (mill\u00e9sime bio, …), ainsi que des salons particuliers (salon des vignerons ind\u00e9pendants \u00e0 Strasbourg, Charnay-l\u00e8s-Macon,\u2026).\u00a0Les livraisons \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 se font en v\u00e9lo-cargo. Objectifs \u00catre ind\u00e9pendant, sans d\u00e9pendre de grands groupes pour commercialiser les vins.\u00a0Vivre en famille et entre amis, au milieu de la nature luxuriante du Ventoux, avec un savoir-faire, un patrimoine, un art de vivre unique qui se transmet naturellement et en toute convivialit\u00e9.\u00a0 Obtenir des vins qui respectent le mill\u00e9sime, le terroir et qui soient le plus naturel possible.\u00a0Progresser et s\u2019am\u00e9liorer sans cesse, avec l\u2019envie de valoriser au mieux la richesse et la particularit\u00e9 du terroir, tout en respectant l\u2019environnement, en prot\u00e9geant la biodiversit\u00e9, en r\u00e9duisant l\u2019empreinte carbone, en limitant l\u2019usage d\u2019intrants. Produits finis Gr\u00e2ce au relief qui caract\u00e9rise l\u2019appellation Ventoux, les vignes jouissent d\u2019un microclimat particuli\u00e8rement frais pour un vignoble situ\u00e9 au sud de la vall\u00e9e du Rh\u00f4ne ; cette fra\u00eecheur se retrouvent dans les vins et leur donne un \u00e9quilibre unique.\u00a0Nous produisons environs 60000 bouteilles \/an, vinification et mise en
